Wayne is very involved in the legal community, as well as the local community. Wayne is currently the District 3 Director for the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas. Formerly, he was the President of the Navy Legalman Association (NLA) and the Armed Forces Coordinator for the National Federation of Paralegals Association (NFPA). He has also been the Secretary for the Rotary Club of Granbury since 2017, and he is currently the founding President of the Rotaract Club of Granbury.
